Dongguan Yuliang Electronics Co.,Ltd ,founded in 2004, is a professional manufacturer of electronic connectors and
relevant components such as board to board connectors, wire to board
connectors, industrial terminal blocks, pin headers, female headers, box headers,
ejector headers,wafers, RJ45, FPC connectors, IDC connectors,SIM card and SD
card sockets, plastic housings,etc
Yuliang’s electronic connectors are widely used in digital apparatus ,
household appliances, automotive electronics, communication networks, computer
equipments, switching power supply, modern office equipments, medical equipments,
electrical toys and other fields.
Our factory covers an area of over 12,000 square meters in Hengli town,
Dongguan city.There are about 150 employees in the factory.We have set up
workshops from connector design, molding,to precision plastic injection,
high-speed precision stamping punch, automatic assembly,etc and realized one
stop production.We have a whole series of production equipments.Bellow is part
of the list: 6 sets Taiwan /Japan plastic injection machine, 6 sets Japan
precision high-speed punch machine, 4 sets
grinding machine, 65 sets automatic pin machine, 15 sets semi-automatic pin machine,ect,and more than
10 sets of testing equipments in our laboratory,
including automatic insertion force test machine, reflow solding test machine, salt
spray tester, digital measuring project, plating thickness tester for quality
control,etc.
We’ll strive to provide customers with high quality, favorable price electronic
connectors,which can substitute for Molex, JST, TYCO, AMP, HRS, JAE, DUPONT and
YEONHO connectors,at much better price and quicker delivery time, normally
within 2 weeks.Yuliang has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management
system verifications. All products are compliant with RoHS and Reach, UL and CE
standard. OEM and ODM are welcome.
